Implant Treatment

Dental implant treatment is a modern dental solution that offers permanent, durable, and natural-looking replacements for missing teeth. Implants—applicable from a single tooth to full-mouth restorations—are typically placed into the jawbone using screws made primarily of titanium. Over time, they integrate with the bone to form a strong and stable foundation, providing performance that closely resembles natural teeth both aesthetically and functionally.

One of the greatest advantages of dental implants is the preservation of surrounding healthy teeth. While traditional bridge or denture treatments may require the reduction of adjacent teeth, implants allow neighboring teeth to remain intact. In addition, implants transmit chewing forces directly to the jawbone, helping to prevent bone loss and supporting the long-term preservation of jaw and facial structure.

The treatment process generally consists of two stages. In the first stage, a detailed examination and advanced imaging techniques are used to evaluate the oral and jaw structure, after which the implant is surgically placed into the jawbone. The implanted fixture is then left to heal for a specific period, allowing it to fuse securely with the bone. During this time, a strong bond forms between the implant and the jawbone. In the second stage, a permanent prosthesis or crown is placed on the implant, completing the functional and aesthetic restoration.

Beyond providing a long-lasting and natural appearance, dental implant treatment significantly improves speech and chewing functions. With regular check-ups and proper oral care, implants can be used safely for many years. Individually planned implant treatment offers a comprehensive solution that combines smile aesthetics with oral health, delivering results that are both functionally and aesthetically satisfying.
